The Historic Camp Casino located on the West Shore of Lake Placid is one of the original great camps in the Adirondack Park. It was built in the late 1800’s as part of a retreat for New York Central Railroad employees and then served as the recreation hall for a children’s music camp for many years. The building has now been restored for use as a private home. The lake views are very much the same as when the Camp was built due to the surrounding Forever Wild land and this majestic four bedroom home is situated right on the peaceful waterfront of Lake Placid.
