Ken Jubin is a Lake Placid native who grew up enjoying everything the Adirondacks has to offer and the small town culture that is unique to Lake Placid. His love and passion for the area and community is displayed by his dedication to the community. Ken served 3 terms on the Zoning Board of appeals and acted as Chairman for 10 years. Ken graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a degree in Business Management and has been a Real Estate Broker for over 30 years with involvement in the both the sale and purchase of all property types. Ken has strong family ties in the Lake Placid area. He enjoys spending time with his family as well as being involved in their locally owned businesses. Ken is the former owner/operator of the Jack Rabbit Inn and is currently involved with the family businesses of the Cascade Ski Touring Center and the Alpine Motor Inn. Ken is the proud parent of Samantha, who he thinks is the best daughter ever. He enjoys activities with his daughter such as camping, swimming, hiking, cross-country skiing and scuba diving. Ken enjoys participating in the yearly event of The Lake Placid Loppet 25 kilometer ski race and also enjoys getting away to re-charge by traveling throughout the United States and various countries abroad. Ken believes his move to Adirondack Premier Properties, his vast real estate experience and strong local ties will be an asset in helping his clients to achieve their real estate goals.
