Margie Papier Philo, Broker/ Owner of Adirondack Premier Properties, she brings with her 15 years of real estate experience in the Lake Placid area to establish her real estate business on Main Street Lake Placid. Specializing in both sales and resort rentals her emphasis is on personal attention to clients and details. Margie serves on several community boards, condominium homeowner associations, and is a member of Rotary. Recently asked by the Northern Adirondack Board of Realtors to serve on the executive board, she happily accepted the opportunity to serve. Margie’s husband David is a CPA in Lake Placid where they reside. They have one daughter Megan, a graduate of Northwood School and University of North Carolina. Megan is currently a Master's Degree candidate in clinical psychology. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband David an electrophysiologist cardiologist.
