Amy, a local native & resident, comes to Adirondack Premier Properties as an Accountant and Enrolled Agent, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management from SUNY Plattsburgh.  She makes her home in Vermontville with her companion, Ben, and their dog, Otis. Amy is excited to return to business in Lake Placid after a brief hiatus and looks forward to reconnecting with old friends.  She is active in various groups including Adirondack Young Professionals whose mission is to “create opportunities to retain & attract young professionals” to our region, of which she is Treasurer.  She is also the Assistant Director of the Northeastern NY chapter of Business Network International (BNI) with chapters located in Potsdam, Plattsburgh, and Lake Placid. Adirondack Premier Properties Inc. is thrilled to have the expertise  of an accountant on a daily basis to streamline and advise on business matters. Amy will complete her real estate sales license shortly to be better acquainted with the regulations and functioning of a real estate office to better advise owner broker Margie Philo. During the busy tax season, Amy will also work for David Philo CPA as an accountant to assist in tax returns and all accounting procedures.
