River Ranch is one of the premier properties in the Lake Placid area. Located on the prestigious Adirondack Loj Road, the gateway to the High Peaks of the Adirondacks, the property includes 300 acres of open fields, forests, and the Ausable River. There is a 10 mile network of groomed trails on the property that are excellent for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, running, biking, hunting, fishing, and horseback riding.Throughout the marked trail network, there are many views of the surrounding mountains and also private access to the Ausable River. The quarter mile driveway adds to the privacy of the house. $10,000 per week, $1,500 per night (3 Night Minimum). |
